FLASH - MOVE LIKELY TODAY
Please note that we hope to be moving Dad to Pittsburgh today (Thursday, the 25th) or tomorrow. The move will facilitate a second opinion from a vascular surgeon regarding treatment options for Dad's feet.
His new location will be posted to this site, along with an update, when the details are known.
Please pray for safe transport to the hospital in Pittsburgh, as well as positive outcomes from the medical assessments there. Thank you.

HOPE
ReplyDeleteHOPE is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without the words,
And never stops at all,
And sweetest in the gale is heard;
and sore must be the storm
That could abash the little bird
That kept so many warm.
I've heard it in the chillest land,
And on the strangest sea;
Yet, never, in extremity,
It asked a crumb of me.
Emily Dickinson
miles-me-man---ed and i enjoyed our visit and while the cow stories are boring i saw your smiles at MY stories!!!!--we left happy at your comments--waving--and broad smiles---keep working hard my friend and we'll be following to presbyterian---noodie got to dentist and friend is here with her--safe trip and elkins is just snow--off to meals on wheels---d
ReplyDeleteHIPAA precludes the ambulance service from confirming a patient's ID, but I am deducing that, as of 1530 hours, Miles is safely enroute. Godspeed, safe transit, and good news anticipated in Pittsburgh.
